Welcome to IamDJKards. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the IamDJKards website and to purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order with IamDJKards, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

1. About IamDJKards

IamDJKards is an online Pokémon Trading Card Game store offering Pokémon cards, sealed products, booster packs and related collectible products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions or availability errors where necessary.

2. Products & Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all products.

Pokémon products are collectible items and may contain variations in card pulls, print quality, centring, packaging and other characteristics.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that a particular card, rarity, artwork or pull will be included in a Pokémon pack or product.

For products opened live on stream, the contents are determined by the product itself and the applicable Pokémon TCG pull rates. IamDJKards cannot guarantee specific cards or results from opening packs.

3. Live Pack Openings

Where you purchase a Pokémon pack or product to be opened live on stream, you authorise IamDJKards to open the purchased product during the applicable stream or opening session.

Once opened, the contents of the pack belong to the customer in accordance with the order placed.

Pulls are not guaranteed, and purchasing a pack does not guarantee a rare, valuable or specific card.

Where applicable, cards pulled during a live opening will be handled and packaged for dispatch using reasonable care.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. A contract for the sale of the goods is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the goods are being processed for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine issue such as:

  • A product being unavailable

  • A clear pricing or listing error

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • An inability to fulfil the order

  • An error affecting the availability or description of a product

If we cancel an order, you will receive a refund for any payment already made for the cancelled order.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated.

The total price and applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error has resulted in an order being placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order where appropriate.

6. Delivery

We will dispatch orders using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, weekends, bank holidays, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service once an order has been dispatched, although we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues where reasonably possible.

If an order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate.

7. Combined Orders & Shipping Refunds

If you place multiple orders before they have been dispatched, we may be able to combine those orders into a single shipment.

Where orders can safely be combined, we will refund additional shipping charges that are no longer required.

This means that customers do not need to pay multiple shipping charges when multiple orders can be safely shipped together.

If you would like multiple orders combined, please contact IamDJKards as soon as possible before the orders are dispatched.

Once an order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to combine it with another order.

8. Returns & Cancellation Rights

Customers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply, customers may cancel their order within the applicable cancellation period, normally 14 days from the day after receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact IamDJKards as soon as possible.

Where a cancellation is valid, goods should be returned within the applicable period and refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law.

Customers are responsible for reasonable return postage costs when exercising a change-of-mind cancellation right, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by IamDJKards.

Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery originally paid. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.

9. Pokémon Packs Opened on Stream

Where a Pokémon pack or product has been opened during a live stream, the product is no longer in its original sealed condition.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may have. However, where the law permits, the reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods may be taken into account when determining a refund.

Purchasing a pack does not guarantee a particular card, rarity, value or pull.

10. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, items are missing, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • Clear photographs of the contents received

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, this may include a replacement, refund, repair or other appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

11. Unopened Products

Unopened products may be eligible for return where the applicable legal cancellation rights apply or where IamDJKards agrees to a return.

Returned products should remain in their original condition and, where applicable, unopened and sealed.

Where a customer has handled goods beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect them, IamDJKards may be entitled to make a deduction from a refund where permitted by law.

12. Refunds

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, the available remedy will depend on the circumstances and the customer's statutory rights.

13. Pre-Orders

If IamDJKards offers pre-order products, the expected release or dispatch date will be displayed on the relevant product listing where known.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and may change.

If a release date changes significantly, we will provide relevant information to affected customers where appropriate.

14. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.

IamDJKards cannot be responsible for an order being delivered incorrectly where the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the IamDJKards website, including attempting to:

  • Gain unauthorised access to the website or accounts

  • Interfere with website operation

  • Submit fraudulent orders

  • Use payment methods without authorisation

  • Introduce malicious software or code

  • Abuse promotions or discounts

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

16. Intellectual Property

The IamDJKards name, branding, website content, original images, graphics, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to IamDJKards unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify or commercially use our original content without permission.

Pokémon and related trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. IamDJKards is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo or other Pokémon rights holders unless expressly stated.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep the IamDJKards website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, IamDJKards will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

19. Events Outside Our Control

IamDJKards will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This may include postal disruption, courier disruption, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, power or internet outages, supplier problems, government action or other events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimise the effect of such events and fulfil orders as soon as reasonably possible.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version that applies to your purchase will be the version in force when you place your order, unless a change is required by law.

The latest version will always be available on the IamDJKards website.

21. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the IamDJKards Privacy Policy.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also retain any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the laws that apply to your consumer contract.
